AMANZE SANTOS IZUNDU

Amanze is an Associate at the Firm. He obtained his LL.B Hons degree from the University of Nigeria in 2018. Since joining the Firm, his practice areas include business law, public-private partnership, alternative dispute resolution, commercial law and general practice. He primarily advises on corporate and public-private partnership transactions and has advised on various transactions involving concessions, design-build-finance-operate-or-maintain, contract mining, leases and project finance. He has authored and contributed to articles on taxation of digital economy and general business regulatory compliance. He has also participated in and facilitated trainings on public-private partnerships, and business and professional development.
